 If contacting Sea-Bird with questions about an instrument, or to request service/calibration, please provide the serial number.

In the example below, the complete serial number is 09P23241-0598. We sometimes refer to the last 4 digits of the serial number (in this example, 0598), when describing cut-off points for product changes.
