Critical firmware upgrade for the SBE 39plus/39plus-IM

A firmware bug in the 39plus and 39plus-IM will delete samples logged to the beginning of the memory during long-term deployments. If the memory of the 39plus/39plus-IM is completely filled, it will erase all of the samples in the first-half of the memory.
