Will you take another manufacturer’s product for trade in?
If you have a fluorometer or scattering sensor from another manufacturer that you no longer use/want, it can be used as a trade in to receive credit for a new ECO V2 sensor.
What condition does my ECO Classic or fluorometer need to be in to qualify?
We will accept your ECO Classic or fluorometer in any condition – working or not. No need to worry about wear and tear.
Can I trade in multiple instruments for more than one ECO V2?
This promotion is limited to one trade-in discount per ECO V2 sensor, regardless of how many instruments you send in at one time for this program. However, there is no limit to the number of ECO Classics that can be traded in for ECO V2 sensors. For example, if you send in 5 ECO Classics, you are eligible for up to 5 ECO V2 sensors with this trade-in discount.
Can I trade in a WETStar Fluorometer?
Yes, we are accepting WETStar fluorometers or any other third-party fluorometer or scattering sensor.
What will you do with my old instruments?
Based on the condition, we'll responsibly recycle your instruments or donate them to the local marine science community for educational purposes.
When will I receive my new ECO V2?
Your new ECO V2 will ship after we receive your trade-in equipment, and you’ve accepted a quote from our sales team. This ensures a smooth and efficient trade-in process.
