To reinforce this commitment, we are thrilled to share a strategic change in our organizational structure aimed at enhancing our customer experience and strengthening our commitment to excellence in service delivery. Effective January 20th, Service joined Operations under the leadership of Daniel Gonzalez, VP of Operations & Service.
To support our continued success in Service, we are pleased to announce that Robert Lindeen will bring his years of Sea-Bird experience to the Service organization as Global Service Manager.
This new structure will also enable Sea-Bird Scientific to further increase our customer focus through a more integrated approach to training, metrology, and overall customer support. Genevieve Howell will spearhead these efforts as the new Director of Applied Science. In this role, Genevieve along with Chris Cheshier (Technical Support Manager) and Marialena Christopoulou (Customer Support Scientist – Physical Oceanography) will focus on partnering with you for every step of your journey, from successful equipment setup through data processing and analysis, to achieve the highest quality oceanographic insights.
