The Environmental Characterization Optics (ECO) line of scattering sensors provides both high resolution and wide measurement ranges using 14-bit digital processing. This optical sensor is available for measurements of backscattering or turbidity at 700 nm. ECOs feature an optional active anti-fouling Bio-wiper™ and internal batteries for long-term deployments, as well as a 6,000 m depth rating.
